Hey, I'm Harry.

I live in Lebanon, Tennessee, with my wife and our two boys. I got a degree in history and then, like a lot of people, never really used it. This site is me finally putting it to work.

The mission is simple: get more families out to see history in person. Standing on the ground where something happened hits different than reading about it. But planning these trips is a pain. The history is easy to find. The practical stuff isn't. How long do you need? Is it open? Can you drive it? Where do you stay? Is there anything here for the kids, or for the person you dragged along?

That's what every guide here answers.
